The professionalism and friendliness of the receptionist helped me feel welcome and valued, when I booked the appointment, when I arrived and after the visit concluded. The massage therapist was caring and skilled. She was careful and thorough in ensuring the massage was beneficial.

The staff is always friendly at this location. Matthew, my massage therapist, always does an amazing job and is friendly as well. Great experience overall at this location.

I just feel like everybody was really professional. My aesthetician was really nice and made me feel very comfortable for my first facial.

Clean & organized lobby. Wonderful smell of the lobby. Very friendly & knowledgeable massage therapist & enjoyed the music she chose! Felt very relaxed! Next visit I will request a deeper massage as this appointment was first time since 5 or 6 years since my last massage at Hand & Stone.
