Everyone is friendly, and professional. I do feel like they have a lot of scripting with certain things that they’re supposed to be saying, so I do find that to be a little offputting.

Absolutely love working with Karla my massage therapist. She pays attention to me and what my needs are and each every massage I have received from her have been exceptional. I love when you walk into the reception area to check in all the girls at the desk stand up and welcome you in. Very impressed with this location and my girl Karla.

The esthetician was thorough in determining my needs. She advised my of solutions to my concerned areas. My experience with her was pleasant and I left satisfied with the services she provided. I have had previous appointments with this esthetician and plan on doing so again in the near future.

The aesthetician was fantastic, and the staff are always very courteous. I never have to worry that their services will not be up to my standards. I highly recommend Hand And Stone to any one who should wish a great facial.
