Hand and Stone

Atmosphere makes me feel very welcomed and relaxed. Diana is the best therapist I have ever had and takes care of muscles that are tense for me, and/or if I just ask for a relaxation massage. Front desk is very helpful with my questions.

I booked over the phone for sam day massage. Rhiana was very friendly and answered all my questions. When I arrive at Hand and Stone all the front desk staff was very welcoming. Filled out paperwork and they offered me something to drink. My message therapist, Angie, was awesome. She asked me about any areas I wanted her to focus on and asked if I wanted to upgrade the oil which I chose CBD. Message was a little too hard when she started but I let her know and she adjusted immediately. Great experience and I said up for membership. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

The receptionists were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. My appointment started a few mins later but than the start time but was worth it. The room was clean, and the massage therapist was great.

I absolutely LOVE Hand and Stone Vintage and have been going there for the last couple years. The office staff has always been wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The reason I come back bi-weekly is because Mark is an outstanding massage therapist. He always goes above and beyond and I’m always looking forward to my next massage. He is 100% professional (excelling at draping and making anyone feel at ease), detail oriented (tailors each massage to my specific concerns/problems), and executes a wonderful massage. I have referred several family members and friends, who had wonderful experiences also and now only use Mark for their massages. As a side note, I am thrilled to know that one of my favorite front desk receptionists is now the manager. She is so sweet and good at what she does. I will continue to come back over and over again with the quality that Hand and Stone Vintage delivers. THANK YOU!!!

My massage therapist Mark is the primary reason why I return to Hand & Stone regularly. I appreciate how knowledgeable, professional, and courteous he is, and he is very conscientious at the intake to ask what my needs might be. He will also confirm just to be sure, and this creates a relaxing and trusting environment for the service. I also really appreciate how easy it is to book appointments online or with the staff in person. However, I am displeased with my gift cards because often times the amount loaded is incorrect or doesn't load at all, and no one at the management team follows up as the front staff indicates. I probably will never buy another gift card again due to this hassle and lost/foregone money.

I like the location of the spa in Vintage Park. I like my masseuse Carla. She is super sweet. The membership helps me have something specifically for me to look forward to.

I enjoyed my overall experience and I left my session with a glow. Krystal always does an amazing job!

Friendly inviting atmosphere

The appointment was on time. The room was clean. The therapist was friendly and asked if I had any special areas that needed special attention. I enjoyed a very relaxing massage.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my therapist and how friendly all the staff is! This is the only place I can relax into a rag doll state. I love my people at Hand and Stone and it’s the best place to relieve stress, anxiety, and pain!!
