Therapist is very knowledgeable and friendly. I always feel better for a few days after my visits. It would be nice to have a 'relaxation room' to chill in for a few minutes before leaving.

Lizette is very Professional & does an excellent job with my massage. Always asking where she needs to work on that time & she always helps with my pain & relaxation. She’s the BEST❤️

The App hasn’t been working properly. The last 2 times I was unable to fill out & sign the papers needed before my appointment. Also, it’s shows a price that I owe but I’m using one of my monthly credits. Lastly, the sign on the checkin desk shows ridiculously high tip rates suggested. I tipped 19% and was WAY UNDER what you are suggesting. Makes me think that you are paying way too little to the therapists so I wonder what that rate is.

I keep my membership and appointments for Matthew. The cleanliness and ambiance is also a reason why I love H& S. I wish the membership price would drop for members that have been loyal for 5+ years
