I think it would be a better gesture to not ask about gratuity Infront of other guests. I feel this is a private decision based on outcome of experience, which may vary from therapist to therapist. This has always bothered me as a member. Patricia and Matthew are the best I have come across at the Vintage location! Thank you, Charlotte Beaver

I love Shelby, my facialist. She is professional and friendly. She does a wonderful job. My only complaint is every time I check out, I'm confused by my bill. I have credits and understand the charges, but it seems like it never matches up. Could be me, but that's my only issue.

I highly recommend this location. Staff was great. Megan was very knowledgeable and zeroed in on my problem right away and relieved the pain I have been having for months. Everything was excellent.

My massage therapist, Elizabeth, was very in tuned with what I was wanting/needing per my massage session and fulfilled it. She has great customer service and easy to communicate with. Elizabeth is an artist at her craft due to her hands on fluency, great pressure, good contact per needs, comfortable modesty draping, and overall massage skills. As a retired RMT & LMT, I would highly recommend Elizabeth!
