The front staff is very welcoming and helpful. I enjoy that the staff tries to make you feel as comfortable as they can. The prices are reasonable. The products are worth it if you are a member. My stress level has greatly improved by starting this membership 6 months ago.

Booking was easy to do in advance. My aesthetician Sydney did an excellent job and even suggested some upgrades to my service along with recommending products and detailing how to use them.

The people at front counter are always very welcoming when you walk in. Also I love that Patricia is very punctual in walking me back and doesn’t make me wait too long on the table. She is superb at making sure you are calm and breathing well and she makes sure you are focused on relaxation. I love that she keeps the lights down low as that does help with the overall experience of peace.

I always try to book this therapist and she's really good. She uses the right amount of pressure and she knows how I like my massages.
