Love the service but third time I have taken surveys and have never been given gift.

When I arrive, the reception staff is always attentive and so delightful. I feel welcome and the waiting area is calm and relaxing. I always notice that the room is well-prepared and clean. And as always my therapist is professional and kind. Elizabeth is the best.

Our appointment was made quickly and fit our schedule. My therapist Amanda was attentive to my needs. The atmosphere was clean and I felt safe. Overall a great experience, I will be back .

I absolutely love my membership with Hand and Stone. I usually book at least 2 massages a month, sometimes 3. Mark is a phenomenal massage therapist and I always leave feeling so much better than when I arrive. The front desk staff and the manager ALWAYS make me feel welcome and I love checking in and out with them.

The experience was great. From booking, to the massage, to checking out. Everyone is friendly. Jasmine, my massage therapist, is excellent in making sure I am comfortable and applying the right pressure. I have had a stiff neck for quite a while. After two sessions, I am much better. I have a third session booked.
