The staff is always so welcoming and polite, very knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. Overall, the spa has a relaxing feel, content staff and a nurturing environment. It’s not easy to accomplish and encompass all of the things that make for an exceptional experience but y’all seem to be getting it right! Keep up the great work!

My massage therapist, Janet has truly gifted hands. She always asks if there are any problem areas and works in the that area until she feels a loosening of the knots in my back. Your receptionists at the front desk are always friendly and very attentive to all customers entering the facility. The overall ambiance at Hand And Stone is relaxing from the moment you step into the building. I have been a client of Hand & Stone for over 6 years and have always left feeling like I received a phenomenal massage! I would highly recommend Janet as the premier massage therapist at this store!!
