I always have a positive and pleasant experience when Lissette is my massage therapist. She is always polite, responsive, and friendly! And she is one of the best massage therapists I have ever been to! Hand and Stone sends out too many reminders.....I received 3 text messages to remind me of my last appt. in addition to the text confirmation when I made the appt. Then I often receive a phone call asking me to confirm - One reminder is sufficient! And it's time to eliminate the Covid list of endless questions about vaccinations / masks etc. We are beyond dealing with this in Houston TX.!!
