The therapist listened carefully to how I was feeling and came up with a few different ways to help me find relief. She was very knowledgeable about the body! Her pressure was great.

I was very impressed with the entire process including front desk. Janet (massage therapist) was exceptional at listening to what my issue was and helping give me as much relief as possible. She also gave me guidance on things to do at home to help.

I had 4 credits. On Oct 15, 2021 I used one of my credits. I also added a foot massage with the lemon grass scrub. I was told, if I used another credit I would loss half of the money on that credit because the foot massage service was not a full credit. Can you help me understand why am I losing money for a partial credit?

Carla is the best therapist I have had at Hand and Stone. She is friendly, she pays attention to needs without me asking. An example would be that she puts towels under my shoulders because I have larger breasts and it is difficult to lay on the massage table comfortably. She has made my experiences much more comfortable. She finds the pain spots and works them out. I always leave feeling better. The lobby smells wonderful. We don't burn candles at our house, but if you sold the lemongrass and basil essential oil that they have in the reception area, I would buy it in a heartbeat.
