Very friendly and knowledgeable therapist.

My massage appointment was fabulous. My facial was great, but I did not appreciate the technician advising me what we are going to do ( I had told her I was unfamiliar w facials) then telling me it's an Upchurch! I felt very uncomfortable to say 'no' and had to use points to cover the extra charge. I found it deceptive and sneaky.

I have been a member for quite some time. My massage therapist is very knowledgeable and I always leave feeling so much better and very relaxed. She is amazing!

The room was very cold. I hate being cold... i know others enjoy it. Personal Preference i guess.

I have been a member for two years going on three and have received nothing but friendly reception from all the staff ones I been treated by and other employees.

She told me things I needed to know and how to help with my hyperpigmentation! She suggested a few items from hand & stone!

The massage I received was one of the best I've ever received. The pressure was perfect, and the amount of attention given to each portion was great. I also appreciated the reception staff in their willingness to answer any questions and not just try to sell me on a membership (which I did end up signing up for). Highly recommend!
