Lizette is amazing!

I loved Sydney and her friendliness. She also was so very knowledgeable about the products she was using and what would work best for my skin. I do have a tiny bit of feedback for the website. It would be great if the website would only populate the forms that you need to fill out. I filled out a bunch of forms I didn't actually need to fill out before I got there.

Sidney is amazing, always making me feel like a superstar. I've seen major improvements to my face since I started going to her.

The staff at Hand and Stone have made everything still just as enjoyable even in the midst of COVID19. Patricia, my therapist, is always upbeat and positive, which makes working with her an absolute treat, in addition to how well she tackles my massage. The front desk staff are always so polite as well!

Hand and Stone is always 100% satisfactory. I enjoy my visits and I highly recommend the spa to my friends en family.

My massage therapist listens to what I need. And she uses the pressure that I like and my shoulder was really starting to bother me and she was able to loosen it up and alleviate the pain.

I have been a member since this Hand @ Stone has been open but I had a problem with my membership that I was cancel but I did not cancel and it was only a freeze so I yet have not heard from anyone on this. I was expecting a call and still waiting.

My therapist, Lizzie was excellent in addressing my area of discomfort. Also the reception staff are well trained and personify great customer care.

The massage therapist made me feel relaxed and she also targeted everything I needed and the pressure she applied was perfect
