The front desk staff were good problem solvers and friendly, too. The massage therapist had an excellent technique. One of the best massages I’ve had there and I’m looking forward to my return.

The staff at the reception area are always friendly, efficient, and always make you feel welcome. The reception area is always clean and social distancing is always enforced. My esthetician Toni is wonderful; she knows what I like done but also encourages me to try new techniques. She does a great job every time and people are always complementing me on how radiant and youthful my skin looks!

I was very satisfied with the facial and the esthetician. However, I felt that $80 ($100 w/gratuity) was much too expensive for a :45 treatment.

Therapist asked what areas i need treated the most and did more than what I said. Lighting and hot stones were perfect.

Everyone at Hand and Stone has been extremely personable and willing to make any adjustments I need.

The atmosphere was professional and clean. I felt safe and comfortable which allowed me to relax. The was no outside noise which allowed me to retreat from the outside world.

I have been returning to the same massage therapist, Nicole, because she has an ability to seek out and fix problem areas. She is knowledgeable and very friendly!
