From the initial intake process through the completion of the services, the staff are trained and professional. Their attitude was friendly and helpful even with the additional restrictions to their work. Everyone was open to sharing the new processes and making me feel comfortable in the new environment.

The staff there more than professional. Think they are equally as frustrated with lack of therapists currently so availability difficult. Eden who performed the massage was an absolute blessing. Incredibly professional. A testament to your company and that facility. Well done Eden! Grateful to have received her for first time since my therapist not being brought back (Karla - who was a blessing for me).
