I injured my knee a couple months ago so I can not straighten it so the therapist was able to prop my feet up to where there was no pain. Also since I am on blood thinners I asked the therapist to go light to medium pressure and she stayed consistent perfect pressure! A wonderful experience and improvement on the quality of my life!!

I love the atmosphere and how knowledgeable and friendly the staff ALWAYS is. I have had many massages and one facial with different people and have never had a bad experience. Very affordable as well.

I really enjoy the treatments and the people at my regular location. While I am tempted to try others, I stick with H&S because of the service and staff. They are awesome! Whoever hires does an excellent job.

Both of my technicians made me feel extremely relaxed and made sure I knew the new policies. They both made sure I received what I wanted. I will be coming back.

My knot did not make my arm fall asleep that night. I slept great!
