My massage therapist was very good and very knowledgeable and personable.

I like that Hand& Stone works to ensure the health of employees as well as clients. My therapist was Amanda and she does an amazing job on problem areas. My neck and back always feel better when I leave my appointment.

Friendly, clean, relaxing environment from the moment you walk in. Toni does my facials, does an amazing job, and is very knowledgeable in skin care. She has helped me a lot in regards to my skin and forming a good skin care routine for my problem areas. Her massage part of the facial also feels amazing.

Katherine my esthetician is a gem; she is very knowledgeable & professional. The receptionist who handled my check-out could probably use some more training & caffeine. The pens were all used and no clean ones were available. Her mask did not cover her nose, and her fingers were coated in red hot Cheeto dust, making me wonder if or how well she washed her hands that day. The product I wanted to purchase was out of stock & she didn’t make an effort to retain that sale by offering to order it for me or letting me know when it was expected to be in stock again.

After waiting so long after Covid closures, I was very satisfied with getting an apartment and both staff that serviced me

I like how my esthetician is committed to working with my skincare. I like the cleanliness and ambiance of the skincare center. The service is consistent.

The salon is clean and they looked like they were trying to protect our safety. I have been to this massage therapist before and she is very good. She worked the areas I mentioned and she did a great job overall. The receptionist was friendly, knowledgeable, and she helped me accomplish the things I needed to do.
