Hand and Stone is always welcoming and personal. I always feel they are concerned about hygiene in the massage room and overall spa cleanliness. Lindsay my massage therapist is awesome. She is knowledgeable and seems to really care about helping with problem areas. I have a pinched nerve and issue w my shoulder muscles. The nerve issue isnt cured by massage but the tension relief following my massage is amazing. I wish I could get a prescription requiring massage. I do tend to have Problems booking on the website which means I miss out on points but staff is always helpful o
