Reception staff was very kind. They went over every detail about my appointment which was especially nice since it was my first visit. The appointment itself was wonderful. Heather was excellent! After my appointment I bought product recommended. The staff during checkout was again, kind and conversational.

Everyone is so friendly at hand and stone. Everyone always has a smile on their face. I look forward to going at least once a month or more when I can.

Heather has magic hands! Overhead music is also key for me to relax. Prior appointment the music system was broken. I call now to ensure the music is working. It's too much money & too important for me not to have this important component.

I look forward to my monthly facial with Kaicee. She knows exactly what I need and is always on time. The reception area is always clean and the receptionists are always so friendly and accommodating.
