Therapist was very professional. He explained every step of the process. Listened to me regarding the problem area and did stretches at the end of the session which were very beneficial.

Kaicee always provides a friendly and relaxing experience during my facial appointments. She remembers small things (for example the fact that I prefer the heat for the table to be turned off) without me asking, and she remembers any issues with my skin that I had brought up previously.
