I had a great experience with both the reception and the massage therapist. My only issue is that I have had this giftcard for almost a year and this was the first time I found an appointment. For many months I couldn't get any appointment. And then when there finally were appointments available it wasn't with the gender of technician that I prefer. So I am happy that there are now multiple appointments and technicians available. But my actual appointment and massage was great!

Vixen is THE BEST addition you've made to your staff In a long time! She's incredible, friendly, kind and really listened to my trouble areas. Can hardly wait for my next appointment with her!
