Erica was awesome. She was personal, professional and an exceptional therapist. I should have requested a deeper massage but the pressure she applied was what I had asked for. I know next time to ask for more especially in troublesome areas. Overall I was extremely satisfied, mellow, and relaxed what I left Hand and Stone.

Reception staff is pleasant and welcoming. Julian always asks if I have particular areas that need attention for the massage. He addresses those areas and also finds areas that I didn't realize were an issue. He seems to have an extra perception for finding problem areas. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Julien is an excellent massage therapist. He listens to your requests and provides what you are in need of at each session.
