Hand and Stone

I love this spa. I feel like family when I arrived. I will say the receptionist need to pay more attention to the clients that have been there for a while also everyone should be treated the same. At the end of the day they are the face of the spa, and the first contact the client has with the business.

The receptionists are generally great. Chrissy is one of the best therapists I’ve ever experienced and is the main reason I come, and keep coming. Other Hand and Stone locations are closer to my house, but I don’t mind the drive because it’s worth it

I have had other massages at other places, they didn’t go so well. I have had no issues at hand & stone. I look forward to many experiences here.

High variety of services. The facility is clean. The receptionists are friendly and knowledgeable. The services are very calming. I’m very happy with my services.

I loved the smell when I walked in. The bathroom had real cloth towels to dry my hands and very clean inside. The room was ready and warm. The masseuse gave me a choice of which scent to use as rubbing lotion, very cool. Overall, a great first impression. Thank you Hand in Stone.

The overall experience for my first facial ever was pretty cool actually and my skin felt alot better after. The next day it seemed to be a little irritated but is calming down and I feel likje maybe it just needed time to heal. If I could change anything it would be as far as to more communication with what they are doing and when they are doing it to your face. It would be nice to know and or see what they are doing

I always look forward to my massage with Nina. She knows each time I come in what areas we have worked on previous and always asks if I have been stretching those areas. She is very knowledgeable and makes each time very comfortable and I feel refreshed after my massage with her.

I was greeted by the very personable owner. The waiting area sounded pleasant and was relaxing. Sophia Kachkachuri gave me an excellent facial, answered all questions, and referred me to the appropriate products for use at home, which I purchased and became a member.

My abused dry skin felt wonderful after treatment. The receptionist was able to fit me in same day. I arrived early and had tea.
