The receptionist was very pleasant and greeted me upon walking into the loby area. She came offered me water or tea and came to sit with me as she asked if i had any questions while filling out the forms. I was greeted by Kathy and we quickly discussed any concerns I may have and any areas i prefer she focus on. She was very good at providing the perfect amount of pressure. She checked in to make sure she was providing the right pressure intermittently to make sure i was satisfied. Also, she checked in with me to make sure that I enjoyed the peppermint scalp massage by asking if I was ok to have some peppermint placed along my neckline to reap the full benefits. I felt she was very responsive. I was gifted a hot stone massage however, somewhere in the transition from receptionist to massage room Kathy was not aware that i was there for hot stone. I kindly informed the receptionist and she changes the price for me. Although I did not receive the hot stone massage Kathy did an amazing job and I have absolutely no complaints. I would be back more often, however, the cost is not something I am able to set aside each month. I hope to return at least 2 times each year.

I love my tec Mia!! We have a great time together. She knows how I like my massage, she worked my right side which was causing me problems! She saved me from pain! My facial was awesome! I'm crazy about Jenna as well ! Love everyone there!

I was able to get an appointment quickly with the therapist I wanted. The receptionist always calls me by name when I walk in. Mia is fantastic and very accommodating.

It was great juatbehind so then my massage was 45 minutes instead of 50.

She was quite friendly with a lovely voice. Her fingers were like feathers and I enjoyed her style. Of the variety of therapists tried in my tenure at H&S, Mia was my favorite.

I REALLY enjoyed the heated massage and facial tables. (I prefer the added warmth during massage.) This was also my first facial in years...I forgot how lovely they were. The cooling mask was so soothing on my face.

As always the massage therapist I routinely see did an amazing job of relieving my pain without causing me any more pain! I can't wait to go back! The best presents I get are Hand and Stone gift cards!
