The reception staff are very friendly. They remind to use points, if available and always try to get me scheduled at the same day and time for my next massage. The massage therapist is excellent.

I have never had a facial before and this was an excellent experience. It was very relaxing, didn't feel rushed, seemed like a good value for the money, and left my skin feeling really good. If my skin continues to improve, I would consider getting another facial again!

The therapist (Brian) applies the newest techniques and addresses problem areas with skill and knowledge.

My massage therapist is very good at taking care of the individual areas, that I have problems with. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The membership plan meets the needs of my budget and care. I am very happy that I found a Hand and Stone so close to my home too!
