Nancy was a wonderful massage therapist. She listened to what I wanted, and it was so relaxing to have her take care of me.

Karen is the only massage therapist that I have ever had who truly listens. She is kind and comforting. She asks questions about my body before every appointment to assess my needs and then follows through. She is incredibly skilled at her craft.

I want to book via email because I am in meetings most of the day. I specifically requested to send me times via email and they continue to call me. I will likely discontinue my member ship because elements has a similar cost structure and they don't charge a $10 transfer fee. they also schedule easily via email.

The front staff is always great. I think i had Kathy this time she did a great job. The last few massages were great.

This service is as good as it can be. I certainly enjoy it every time.

Have worked with Mia for over 2 years, always superb experiene, she helps identify problem areas, she is very successful helping to relieve my discomfort.

Hand & Stone has a very comfortable feel to it. I have been going for a couple of years now and am very pleased with the staff. My massages are incredible and I feel so relaxed when it's finished. i have had several therapists, and they all seem to be very good. I'm working on getting my husband in for his first ever massage, because I know he will love it!

I've been a member for a long time & enjoy my appointments. My only feedback is the retention of practitioners. I recently noticed a lot of turnover & wonder what is happening. It could be just coincidence & I know that this tends to be a business with movement. I just love to support companies that treat their employees well & my gauge of that is often retention (not to mention that I get attached to the therapists I work with). Hope it stabilizes. I really enjoy my membership as a whole & know it's contributed to my turn around in overall health.
