Good location, friendly staff, easy to book a spa experience.

I don't have anything bad to say about this massage therapy company. Hand and Stone is a very wonderful place to get a massage. Everyone is always so nice and it is like serenity in the inside of the whole place. It is very relaxing to be in this hand and stone location in Arvada, Co.

My therapist was great. She checked in several times with me to make sure the pressure was good for me. It was a very relaxing and therapeutic massage. Front desk people are also very nice and welcoming. Great experience!

Everyone was friendly and my therapist listened to what I said and did exactly as I asked without giving attitude.

I recently had foot and leg surgery and am now wearing a boot that raises the right side of my body about 3 inches and consequently throws my back out. I have been in more pain in my back than in my foot! Mia immediately found my trigger points (also I have fibromyalgia) and went to work. Additionally, I opted for the added treatment of BioFreeze. I felt so good when I left and 24 hours later, I am still pain free. Thank you Mia and Hand & Stone.

All was great

I was looking for a stress relieving experience. Everyone at Hand and Stone made my visit easy so I cloud de stress. The only reason I'm not sure when I will return is because I have a membership at another spa. I am, however, considering switching.

Mia is amazing. I was experiencing headaches for about a week. she was able to find the problem and relieve the headaches. She is wonderful!
