Leslie is amazing. She uses the perfect amount of pressure and doesn't over-do working on the knots in my muscles. I request her every time I make an appointment. The staff is always friendly and offers tea or water as soon as I check in. I'll be back before the month is over!

There are not enough female therapist. The price is not that cheap. The membership doesn’t really help with much.

Occasional visits are not cost effective and have no interest in joining in monthly program

The main reason was that I am dissatisfied with how the points/rewards were applied..Though my add ons totaled $50 I had to use a full point (value 79.95) or pay out of pocket. I felt cheated out of $30!

I don't do corporate. I go to a private owned business. I don't like being tied to monthly plan.

Jenna is such a terrific esthetician. She makes you feel incredibly relaxed and she attends all of your concerns

The website gives the impression that the first appointment is $90; it is not. The receptionist was extremely nice but did not address this deception in anyway and the whole staff seemed to feel this was an acceptable practice. This facial was as great as every facial I've ever received by a licensed aesthetician, only twice the cost and much more pressure to spend a lot on products afterward. If it were not a gift from my husband, I would not have followed through with the appointment.

I did not get a 60 minute massage. I was taken back a few minutes after my appt time, then with undressing and the appt ending under the hour was unsatisfying.

I like a more thorough massage. Didn’t massage my quads or glutes. I get why this didn’t happen.
