I think it’s crazy I have to answer the same questions on I pad every visit. I think if things change I would mention it.

hard to make appointments with little availability. cancelled appointments. massages are becoming mundane.

The esthitician started the appointment by telling me about her body pains. Throughout the appointment she complained about numerous topics, including being cold on her most recent vacation. She pushed me to shave my face when I am actively choosing not to do so but she couldn't tell me why shaving was better than plucking or laser treatments. I did not like the chemical peel she did, I didn't request the chemical peel and didn't feel like I was really given the option, but told I needed it and she moved forward to add that on to my treatment. My skin has been very red since then. At the end of the appointment she told me about my skin peeling due to the chemical peel and that my skin could scar if it peeled. That should have been told to me upfront. She made the statement, "your skin isn't as bad as the notes on you say." I feel like the notes leave a very negative impression of me and I have been very calm, polite and leave a good tip at each appointment.

Difficult to book online. Unable to schedule monthly service without card being charged and unable to redeem points.

I had some specific areas bothering me and they weren't addressed. The therapist was coughing a lot too.

Had more experienced massage therapists in the past. Could get 1.5 hours at a more reasonable price.

Therapist spend too much time on one area. The cost has gone up. Any other place without membership is the same price.

You guys have significantly increased your membership pricing in a very short time span which I could almost understand if you were paying your employees more or providing them with benefits, but you don't. For a 50 min service $80 is a lot. There are other places out there that charge less and include more without added costs like you do. I'd even consider keeping my membership if you could hold onto your employees but you can't. So I pay more for services that I don't always enjoy because my go to people keep leaving. Then I have to have several mediocre services until I find someone new that I like just for them to leave. When I first signed up the membership was totally worth it, but with you charging significantly more for no added advantage to me it's just quickly not becoming worth it. Also, it really grinds my gears that if I want to pause my membership which also used to be free I now have to pay to not use you. You've gotten greedy.

There doesn’t seem to be enough female massage therapists to choose from.

She was amazing to have work on my back and shoulders. She really helped with knots. I hope to see her again .
