Members get nickel and dime day for all additional add-on services. The cost winds up being more expensive even with a monthly service.

The massage therapists are not the quality of previous therapists. My husband had a therapist that did Thai massage? and was not the same. Given to my husband for our 31st anniversary. 💞

I just think it’s a shame that it’s not a full 60 minute massage. Just about the time I’m relaxing, it’s time to switch over to other side and the massage ends. Great staff, massage for time on table was nice

Everything felt a bit rushed - our initial conversation about areas I wanted her to work on, and the transitions from one body area to another. Pressure was good, at bit much at times but she did a great job of doing a full body massage and getting my requested areas.

Just returning to a regular schedule with massage. Everyone is new including my massage therapist. So we'll see as time goes on. I wasn't aware that I had apparently clicked "less than" as a choice. I couldn't figure out how to go back. Thank you

It is all very good, but nothing blows me out of the water. It is somewhat confusing to know the features of my membership. My last appt was cancelled.

The prices for your membership keep rising even though I've been a member for over 10 years straight. We should be grandfathered in on the deal we got when first signing up for the loyalty I've shown here. Now I'm considering canceling my membership because of rising costs elsewhere, so you'll lose out on my business.

I get a little annoyed with always being asked to purchase additional products or services at an upcharge. If want those services, I will ask. However, I feel if don't buy additional services, I won't see results with the standard facial. Last time, I spent 1.5 hours and had good results, but they are always temporary, so debating whether the membership is worth it.

Get your tech problems handled. You really fail jherr The bs l was unexceptional. The only reason I will return is the massage therapist was exceptional. Truly struggling with old compuae echnology made this bs. Grow up and figure this out as a business owner. I am one. No excuses. Invest, adjust.

I really do not have an issue.
