Hand and Stone

The website didn't make it clear what percussion therapy involved. I bought hot stone and percussion which wasn't a good value for the time used. I didn't get a full body massage because of the time spent with the percussion tool.

The receptions are not as friendly and welcoming most of them do greet us with a smile, but there is one who seems to have an attitudue during our once a month (and sometime twice a month) appointments. Over the last two (2) months my husband's appointments have been canceled or rescheduled which takes us off our "couples" schedule and gives him more credits/points to use which I can't use without paying the $10 transfer fee.

I really enjoy my monthly facials, however, it feels like a luxury and not a necessity, so I struggle to justify the money continually spent, especially if results are all temporary and I also have to spend a lot of money on products, as well.

I wish the massage was a full 60 minutes.

Coco was fantastic! She was professional and thorough. She listened to what I mentioned in the beginning and checked in continually to make sure I was comfortable. The head/neck at the end last of the massage was incredible. I’ve already booked a few more with her!

I was highly satisfied.

Ever since I have bought a membership I feel like they are nickel and dimeing me. Apparently I can’t split credits so I had to pay out of pocket for 90 min which I wasn’t aware of.

It has become a little more difficult to find scheduled times for appointments.

The massage therapist should let you know they do trigger point massage vs normal massage. They are more painful and not relaxing. Hard to stop a therapist after they start and tell them you don’t want that type of massage. This is the second time I’ve had this problem.

great experience, just too much sales stuff at the end.
