I am very happy with my membership especially since you hired Coco. She is wonderful with pressure points and myo-fascial release which my previous therapist were not. Previous employees were good, thus Satisfied but not at level of massage currently

The main thing I don't like is that it is hard to schedule appointments that work with my schedule. Maybe they are short staffed? My appointments have had to be rescheduled a few different times due to therapists leaving or not able to work. It's frustrating to finally find a time that fits your schedule only to have to reschedule.

I hold a lot of tension in my buttocks and back of my legs and every therapist that I ask to massage them, they don't and it is extremely disappointing. I spend a lot of money and they don't address my sore spots. They ask but it is like they don't listen. Very frustrating.

I am researching other massage options because my massage therapist that I love only works Wednesdays which now doesn't fit with my schedule. I have been a member at Hand and Stone since it opened and I don't like that the price went up $20 a month. I am on a tight budget so am looking for other more cost effective options for my massages. I also do not like the music that is played at this Hand and Stone. It doesn't help me relax but irritates me.

My biggest issue in general is your inability to retain your massage therapists. Every time I find one I really like they leave a few sessions later it seems and then I have to start the search all over again to find someone that's the right fit for me. This typically results in a lot of mediocre appointments until I find someone I love and get a handful of good services out of them before they leave and then I have to do it all over again. Seems to happen 2-4 times a year. I'm not sure if your pay or benefits aren't competitive or if there's something going on with your work environment but it's a bummer. I'm only still with you now because I have an excessive amount of packages I don't want to go to waste and I think it's really dumb that you have to pay to pause your account in that scenario. You definitely found a way to hold onto your clientele and not in a positive way.

I added on a scalp massage and all he did was rub the lavender in my hair. Brandon wasn’t very personable.

I have to other massage places and they spend 1hr 20 mins per appointment for the same price.

It’s fine. I wish there was a little more ambiance. But my guy is great. Highly recommend him. Not necessarily the place.
