I was told by Dave when I started my membership that as long as I never stop paying my monthly fee nor cancel my membership, my monthly rate would not increase from $49.95. This month I am being increased almost half of $49.95 to $69.95. I paid monthly during the Covid shutdown to help pay unemployment for the workers even though we could not schedule massages. It feels like the longer people who stayed h as be been lied to by Dave. The schedule is too busy to get the times desired for a massage and yet Dave has to increase my monthly fee by $20. Are the therapists being paid $40-50 an hour? We only get 50 minutes. I feel lied to by Dave since I signed up many years ago. Very disappointed. A person is as good as there word.

My massage therapist didn't escorted me back to the front like they've done on previous visits.

Courteous staff, cleanliness and timelessness of appointment

I booked my appointment and somehow it didn't get saved in the system. I called the day of, since I hadn't received confirmation. They had a cancellation, so I was fit in, with different massage therapist, but got it. Newer people working but bummed my appointment wasn't booked correctly with the massage therapist I had requested. It worked out, but first time this has happened.

Love hand and stone however recent economic issues have caused me to cancel my membership. Also, it hasn't been easy to find appointments that meet my needs. I'll still use the services but I won't have a membership for a while.

The massage itself was amazing! I don’t appreciate the constant, repeated attempts at getting me to sign up to a membership. I have politely declined multiple times and the front desk staff continues to push it. Can’t you make a note on my account that I’m not interested?

Wish the sessions were 55 minutes not 50. The room was a bit nicer. Maybe some water fountains or nice aroma therapy when you walk in. Massages are good but not outstanding, maybe continued training for therapists?. Overall i do like it

Therapist talked non stop during my visit. Not relaxing. Also told me they were getting ready to leave and work elsewhere. They told me to look other places for good massages too
