Hand and Stone

I've been at this Hand and Stone for about a year and I've consistently had difficulty getting appointments at times that work around my normal 40 hour per week work schedule. When I was able to get those appointment times, I have had a hard time finding a masseuse who I felt met my needs. When I did find such a combination, the masseuse leaves within a few months and I'm left to start the process over. It's frustrating and after about the third time of this now, I may be done.

I have to book appointments months in advance to find ones that are outside of standard work hours. Even then, I've nearly given up trying to find appointment slots.

The oils that were used were awesome and the scalp massage was very relaxing. Just about fell asleep. Survey is a little lengthy though.

The couple things that I made me pause were . . . how far out I had to schedule an appointment with Angela that were in my time frame. I try to stay with the same therapist but it is difficult when appointments are so far apart. Another is the noise from next door not a huge deal but it is noticeable.

The room could have been warmer Other wise everything was fine Perhaps some scented candles or other pleasant aroma

I like more appointment times. I feel like there are not enough times open for services. Weekends and nights are always full. Weekdays are open but I have to book weeks in advance. It would be nice if there were more appointments available more frequently or at last minute.

The first available prenatal massage was almost 3 months out and then got canceled due to illness. There just aren’t enough good therapists or therapists for prenatal massage. Wearing a mask makes the experience far less relaxing.

Although I enjoyed the conversation I felt like I was unable to relax due to talking the entire time. I would have appreciated more focus on the areas I asked for with a desired amount of pressure. The massage therapist was very friendly and sweet but I felt obligated to engage in the conversation.

Appointment time was changed by Sand and Stone, yet appointment started late. Neck massage actually made my neck stiff. Massage did not last 50 minutes.
