I didn't enjoy the technique used on my glutes. I didn't feel appropriate attention was given to my lower back/hips as I would have liked. I am so appreciative that they were able to get me in, even though I was 30 min late 😬

The assumption that you will always add the extra upgrade EXTREMELY expensive services may drive the cost beyond reasonable.

Somehow I was taken off the email list so I did not receive for my birthday $10 coupon nor emails on Black Friday deals. Being I have been with this Hand and Stone, the people who helped pay for unemployment for the employees and keep our visas being charged and never stopped my membership as per the written contact during the time of the Covid shutdown 2020, we are not valued as long term customers. Not the service that was good when I first started many years ago.

The music in the room was too loud. Here were no envelopes to leave a tip. Other than that it was fine.

I had a great massage, but this location of Hand and Stone isn't the most customer-accommodating location I have veen to. Messages are not checked timely and I was told a "transfer fee" is charged if I want spouse to be able to use one of my massages. With how much I pay a month, it should be free to allow anyone I choose to use one of my services.

I strongly believe that a massage therapist should NOT massage your feet and then your face!! Why would I want my feet germs on my face? Feet should always be the last area and definitely never before touching a face! It’s just gross!

Not enough availability for massage. There either needs to be more times or people. I had to book 2 months out.

The esthetician was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products but was quite chatty. I found it a little hard to relax while trying to keep up a conversation. This was my first time though so maybe she was just trying to get to know me better and help educate me on the products and what will work best to target my skin's needs. I did leave the facial with dried bits of product still on my face and in my hair, but fortunately I was just headed straight home. I didn't see much of an improvement in the appearance or texture of my skin after this facial (as compared to facials I have received in the past), but I realize that it can take more than one facial to see dramatic improvement so I will still likely return for another facial and I will still request the same esthetician.

The peel I received irritated my skin and left it with burns. I asked if that would happen and I was told no.
