I really dislike the sales pitches every time I come in. I’m there to relax, not be sold. My massage was average. The therapist’s techniques were not a good match for me.

Just trying to get into get a massage took a long time. The better massagers are booked and for a good reason. Would love to come more often but can't get in.

other than the appointment started 15 mins late everything else was very good. I would definitely visit Hand and Stone again in the near future. Massage was very relaxing.
