Prefer a female therapist that addresses my needs. He only worked on my back when I wanted full body and did part of massage over the sheet.

I very rarely will give Highly Satisfied all companies should be open to improvements.

Esthetician tried to selling during the facial. I am sure they are told to do so but not interested in hearing about it during. They could do it after or not at all. I am there to get a facial and if I like the product I will buy it.

Cancellation of monthly subscription is overly complicated and caused a backup of services over the pandemic. Now it is difficult to use them because I moved too far away and using them quickly so I don't risk losing them is complicated because appointments are backed up. Love the services, front desk folks, and therapists. It has just been too much work for me to strike a balance to get what I paid for and end the subscription since there are no convenient H&S locations near new home.

The appointment times are never available for my schedule. I always have to wait for my massage to start and it never starts on time. The areas I would like worked on are often passed over and have minimal time spent on them before moving on to something else.

The only trouble I had was hearing a lot of noise and talking coming from the hallway outside the massage room while I was in the middle of my massage. It was distracting.

Pressure was inconsistent.

The time was not an hour..it took awhile to fill out paper work even though I arrived 10 minutes early. Therapist started my massage at 15 after and stopped at the dot of top of hour. Not exactly an hour massage. Asked for more firm pressure but was still very medium, didn't really address the spots I pointed out. Maybe it was just this particular therapist.

Just wanted to express how nice the technician was at promoting a peaceful setting. No banging of equipment, no chit chat, just needed communication. No pressure to purchase more products. Best facial I’ve had!

I enjoyed the Massage very much, my theripist was very wellcoming and good at his job. my only regret was I didn't get the hour and a half.
