My massage ended up being only 40 instead of 50 min. When paying $2/minute, ever minute should count!!!

I had a good experience, but I thought it was very expensive; so, it isn't something I would probably do unless I had a specific problem. I didn't really like that I felt pressured to sign up for the monthly plan or I didn't get $40 off..that felt very corporate and wasn't a nice way to end my visit.

Therapist did not seem to understand the areas of my concern. I also have a shoulder that has some arthritis and it makes cracking or popping noises that he seemed to find amusing and he seemed to think he could resolve that issue, which of course was not the case.

Took a minute to get checked in and checked out due to bad internet connection. Music playing in the room is very hot or miss. Sometimes it’s tough to really help out and relax based on what’s playing. Would be cool if there was an option to select your own music or use meditation apps like calm.

Too focused on trying to sell monthly memberships when should be more focused on letting people relax and enjoy the experience.

The availability of appointment times is a problem. The high variability in therapists and what they do is very annoying. I never know what I’m going to get, there is no consistency, and therefore I really hesitate returning. Due to lack of massage times and then that you really have to have a different therapist every time so that you can get appointments that fit your schedule, it’s discouraging. I don’t enjoy the process at all, and then I’m disappointed with the inconsistency between services and therapists. Having been to many luxury spas where I know what the quality of service will be, this place has gone a little downhill in its service providing.
