Rashad is a massage therapist I have seen repeatedly in the last 6-9 months and he is very good at remembering what pains I have experienced and his work on problem spots continues to help me.

No prices on product, sticker shock when got to register. No receipt was offered or given

When I bought membership, it was for $59.59 auto billed. After H&S reopened, due to my age (76 now) I did not come back till Colorado said it was OK for more services to open. Now I am getting billed $69.95 when I come in for a massage. I've not received an explanation that doesn't pass bait and switch. I was given mumbo jumbo that I am grandfathered in at $69.95 but for some quirk, am billed $69.95 based on some timing. Additionally, I am not able to use the $5 coupon that comes with these surveys if I have (for example) a birthday discount. Instead for the extra 20 minutes I pay for a "half hour massage" add-on, I pay $35 additional. Lastly, it is very diff to get an appt with my pref'd therapist. She's given her notice, so there goes another reason not to continue membership.

Everything was great, but very pushy trying to sell me a membership. Happened both times I have came here. Also was asked about it over the phone when confirming my appointment. I should not have to say no multiple times in different ways and be made uncomfortable. My whole experience was wounderful until paying at the end. The membership issue took away all my relaxation. Not sure I would come back, only because I do not want to come up with all the reasons why I do not want a membership. Saying "no thank you" once should be enough. Otherwise everything was great!

The experience overall was nice and I did enjoy the massage. I do feel that the prices are a bit high for the quality of massage though and really don't like the pressure to buy a subscription plan after the massage.

I went there because I had a gift certificate. I did not know about the signing up for a monthly payment so I could get the best price for my visit. I felt blindsided by this.

I scheduled a hot stone massage. I felt like the stones weren’t used as much as they could have been.

I just wasnt thrilled with the masseuse. He may have skills for others, just not me. He was very business like and did the job, but I will look for another masseuse next time!

It is challenging getting into the therapist that I prefer due to her limited availability. Therapist during this visit was good though not as good as the my favorite massage therapist.
