The waiting area was freezing. The ladies at the desk were short and seemed irritated at eachother

My boyfriend and I each had a massage and neither of us felt that our therapist focused on the areas that we asked them to. They both seemed to just go thru their routine.

I was satisfied. This was my first massage and everyone I interacted with was professional, kind, and helpful.

I wasa highly satisfied, hit the wrong dot

I had a great experience, but it wasn't the best I'd ever had. I would come back to see the same therapist again

I would have liked to had more focus on my back which was hurting very bad. But overall it felt good

The lights were bright, i woukd prefer for them to be dimmed. The room/carpets didn’t smell great. I wish facilities would be laminate or tiled...carpet is gross and not clean. The music was loud and not my preference for a massage

Gel too messy. Would prefer lotion. Would prefer more massage of legs and feet.

I was using my husband’s membership for this massage. The receptionist made a comment about getting my husband to buy me a membership, as if I couldn’t buy one myself! A sexist comment will loose you my business every time. A better comment would have been something like, “Would you like to consider getting your own membership? Here are the details of that.” See the difference?

Every thing was nice and what I expected. To be highly satisfied, you would have to go the extra mile. I guess I have been to spas that have done that. Actually, this was a good but ordinary experience not out of the ordinary.
