It was fine! I think I said Satisfied. It was great but the top tier just requires unusual circumstances to see and I didn’t have any unusual circumstances.

Originally I tried to book online for a massage and back facial and I never received a callback. I filled in my paperwork ahead of time and I experienced issues with that process. When I arrived a little early and called to check in I was unable to go into the lobby (I waited outside in the cold) because it was too crowded due to covid guidelines I could not go in. I asked the receptionist at booking to make a note in my file that the massage oil makes me breakout and that I need something else used. The receptionist was too busy to pass that info along to the massage therapist.

When I canceled Hand & Stone, they said I was paid up/finished, then charged me another month! They seemed disorganized about this. Joy was nice, but I still had to use an additional service or lose the prepaid fee. I cancelled due to medical reasons, but have since found an excellent massage therapist who charges $60/50 min that I will use in the future, no membership required. Kudos to Alyssa, she is excellent.

The massage appointment was great. My facial appointment was not good. She spent more time messing with the products then working on my face. She would open bottles then close them and do nothing. I don’t know if she was looking something?? Just a lot of wasted time, be ready for your appointments. Don’t spend half the time getting ready. She use eye pads that kept falling off. I understand not her fault so I asked if I could leave them off. Then she drop her face mask on my face twice. Not relaxing at all. I didn’t tell say anything to the front desk. Who knows maybe she was just having a bad day

My massage therapist Dion wasn’t rude per say, but wasn’t exactly friendly either. I opted for the eucalyptus aromatherapy but he did not use it. I didn’t realize until after my girlfriend paid that he did not do it.

I was very satisfied. I would have preferred a hollowed out pillow for my stomach since I am pregnant but it did not ruin the experience.

because of COVID, I have 7 credits to use. I was unable to use 1/2 a credit to cover the cost difference of the 80min massage.
