Lack of availability for appointments at desired times. Product prices are too high. One receptionist always seems confused.

Therapist forgot to put smock on before bringing me back to room, so I didn't know who was escorting me or if she was in training. Also didn't give me her name so I could rebook with her as I wanted. Had to ask front desk.

Burning sensation that was more than usual and I did not expect it. Itching of my forehead where I, admittedly, had an earlier breakout. Slight stinging sensation along jawline which did improve when washed my face and applied moisturizer.

Massage was great and all employees very nice and welcoming. Room and bed could have been warmer and comfier.

Only a fifty minute massage, hard to address concerns in that amount of time.

My mother in law bought me a gift certificate. As she is not a member, though she paid $70, I was told I would have to pay $45 for the 50 minute massage - that's a ridiculous policy and rate. Of course, it forced me into signing up for membership. Now, I may enjoy it but I don't like being forced. The massage therapist was excellent. I was amazed at how his technique made it feel like he had at least four hands! The only thing I didn't love is that it seemed like he was rushing. I would have preferred he leave something out, rather than have the sense that he was trying to cram everything into the time alloted.

This last one was a good massage. The first one back after the pandemic was not very good the person I had could barely breathe was sweating and freaking out not very relaxing. He actually left before I got checked out

With covid, the ambiance is just not the same, so I understand. The site is clean and well run. I think there was a misunderstanding about my appointment somewhere in the mix. It all worked out in the end. It could have lasted a few minutes longer for the time I waited for it to begin.
