The massage therapist was good. I know that my body is kind of a mess, but he focused almost 98% of his time on my upper body and my legs and feet needed work too.

I understand the need to confirm the appointment that is fine by me, What is not fine is the redundant method of doing so. I confirmed the appointment over the Phone. Then Received a sms text message to confirm the appointment , Then received a email request to confirm the same appointment. excessive followup becomes annoying. At My check out I was asked for my email address to get my receipt emailed to me. I received this survey today But not the receipt I requested

Felt like the massage was cut short. Was less than 55 minutes

I did not receive an online intake form in my email even thought they verified my email when I called to make the appointment. I even checked my spam email for it. It would be great to be able to fill that out ahead of time!

When Checking out, the receptionist did not give me an itemized receipt. It seems like the number of visits I have paid for and accumulated in the monthly plan fluctuates depending on who I ask. Also, I initially booked my appointment on-line and never received a confirmation. I called and rescheduled the appointment on the phone, that is the only way I was sure I would have a confirmed appointment.

It was good but not exceptional. You never know what kind of massage you will get You need more massage therapists to pick from.

Primarily the the reason that it did not rate Highly Satisfied this time was the changes due to the COVID-19 rules. It was less relaxing to check in sitting in my car and reception seemed more businesslike than friendly due to the needed plexiglass, limited contact, limited conversation, etc... This too will pass.

As a customer I appreciated the attention detail with the restrictions that are placed while maintaining a professional service. It’s all friendly service as well, from entering to exiting. All the workers make the place relaxing which is what we looking for. Not only heal our aches & pains but to also relax. Thanks y’all

Though I always arrive on time the massage usually starts 10 minutes late but still ends at the scheduled time. I do receive a good massage however

It is very difficult to breathe with a mask on while face down in a bed.
