I was impressed by that the person that took my call was able to understand my requirements and took steps before I even scheduled an appointment to be sure they would be met. The massage therapist was very attentive to the information I wanted to share and then went right to work on the problem areas I told her about. The result was amazing, I had been in constant pain for months, and though there is much left to be done I feel much, much better. The result was night and day compared to how I felt before and since the massage.
