I have been to a few different therapist s. I really liked Alyssa. The other two did not apply enough pressure.

Massage started late. Did not address the areas I wanted worked on. Didn’t feel like I got worked on just really oiled up.

When I booked, I booked my husband and I at the same time. We show up and are in the same room! Charged extra for the room also!

During my massage this was the first time anyone started me face up which I realize is preference of the therapist. Second I paid for aromatherapy however she never had me breathe it in just mixed it with the lotion. At the end did not provide a towel to wipe off. This is important as I go to my chiropractor right after and they are not able to provide their service as well with the excess lotion.

When I booked my appointment by phone it took approx. 15 minutes. The receptionist could not find my gift card. When I visited, the receptionist was excellent! The message room could have used a little more air flow.

This was my first facial. Very happy with facial. Disappointed at the sales push for a month facial or massage following the appointment. I feel it is more appropriate to assess the skin's response to the treatment prior to being pushed into a commitment for a service. I won't be returning to this location.

The overall experience was great. My one complaint is that I paid for a hot stone massage and my massage therapist asked what percentage of hand to stone I wanted. I said 50-50% and I don't feel like that is what I was given. I feel like what I received was 80-20%, at best. That frustrates me because I paid an up-charge for the hot stones and therefore don't believe that I received good value.

The online booking system kept having errors and that was very frustrating so I had to call to book. Also the front desk woman was very sweet and friendly but after my appt she did a hard sell for the membership and she kept asking me to do it after I had said no twice . It became uncomfortable
