The owner, David, always seems irritated by my presence and behaves less than appreciative of me as a consumer. My massage therapist, Deon, had the appropriate amount of strength for my deep tissue request, however, he didn't work up to the intended pressure but rather started off at a 10. I would have thought he would've started around a 6/7, and then worked his way up.

I have issues with smells and fragrances. I am not able to wait in the waiting room because of the very strong defuser smell. I have to wait outside for my appointment. Thankful they come and get me when they are ready for me.

I arrived early for my appointment and did not even get called back until 1:40 when my appointment was set to begin at 1:30.

When signing up for Membership, I asked if it was $49.95 for an additional account (currently have 1 was signing up for the second) like I had at a previous location. It was verbally confirmed "yes" then when I was signed up and was adding my signature, discovered it was actually $54.95 for the additional account - and they would "talk to the owner" to see what they could do. Hoodwinked.

I am sure you guys are as frustrated with your continued issues with your website. I cannot access my account information or make any appointments with ease. I truly wish I could see how many visits I have accumulated so I could know immediately (without having to look up my billing information on my credit card) how and when to even schedule a service; this issue is exactly why I would quit my membership. Selma and Melinda are fabulous therapists and I enjoy their talented approach to massage. They've got it right for sure.

I do nothink want to sign up for membership. I feel like the receptionist was pushy with that. I understand it is part of her job, but I just wanted a facial.

My massage therapist was excellent! He knew what to help me with. I was very satisfied with his ability to make me better. He asked all the right questions about my injury and as far as I’m concerned was very helpful in that regard. I did pay for aromatherapy Euclyptus and lavendar my therapist used the Euclyptus. My one area I thought could be improved was I felt rushed through my treatment. But other then that I had a great massage therapist. We worked specifically on my arms and shoulder. That is where my pain was. And he helped me greatly!

I feel like price for value of the membership is too high. I used to do monthly membership with Spavia, there were more perks for the dollar monthly rewards, friends and family discounts, access to a locker room robes hot packs..more personalized for the same price there...

Overall this was a satisfying experience. It was on par with any of the other competitors that i have gone to. If I were to have a Highly Satisfied experience i think there would need to be something that set this facility apart.

I had to wait 15 minutes in the lobby for my appointment to start and then didn't have a whole hour for my facial only 50 minutes.
