I have been to other massage places that offer the aromatherapy as a free service. I feel that this should be a complementary part of your monthly membership.

I requested someone who would be able to do a deep tissue massage. I had to tell the therapist that’s what I wanted and to focus on my back to shoulders. I also had to tell her to use a deeper pressure and that was not done.

My services were great, however I did have to wait 30 minutes past my facial appt time.

Therapist too chatty. Wanted quiet and relaxation. Paid extra $15 for scalp massage which I assumed would be time/service above the hour massage I had paid for. Instead it was part of the 1 hr massage (feels like double charging), with the only addition being few drops of mint oil.

The reception area felt very busy. Lots of traffic in and out. Not calming.

The facility is great but it lacks any extras that would result in me giving highly satisfied to everything. It feels like they charge for even the tiniest extra. As far as the massage goes I’m highly satisfied with the actual massage.

I would like facial treatments rather then a relaxing facial experience.

April is the best therapist I have had at this location. Her technique and knowledge is excellent and exceptional.

You all do a very nice job, however everytime I have got an add on to a service- it has been wrong or wasn't used- wrong essential oil, no hot stones included, etc. Other then that you all do a marvelous job. My fiancé and I really enjoy our time when visiting with you all. There has only been one lady that I wasn't fond of as she smelled lie booze. LOL. It was on m first visit. I haven't seen her since. But seriously- You guys are great. I always recommend your establishment.
