Hand and Stone

Compared to other spa/massage facilities I have been to, you are invited into a private locker Room (women vs men) to relax and unwind before your massage that always felt very welcoming to me. So I was a little disappointed that this isn't an option at my location.

I have gotten facials from spas before, and this wasn't as good as ones I've received in the past. Hardly any extractions and didn't see noticeable results.

The sessions are only 15 minutes. I think they should be a full hour.

I had a gift card for an 80-minute massage and added on hot stones and the scalp massage. My massage lasted less than 70 min including the scalp massage. The scalp massage lasted less than 10 minutes of that 70; seems like it should’ve been longer since it was an “add on” that I paid extra for.

There was an issue with the discount. A phone call was made to the owner however I have not received any feedback in 24 hours.

I was very satisfied. My therapist was really good and the staff is great.

Facial made me break out afterward. It was my first time for a facial but I come every month for massages, which are great.

I had requested a stone massage and to my knowledge no stones were used.

Everyone was very friendly and the place was nice and clean. My only complaint is that the therapist did not apply enough pressure. It felt more like a back "tickle" than a massage. I am not sure if this is because it was a prenatal massage and she was trying to be careful or if she just didn't apply enough pressure. Either way I left feeling relaxed but a bit disappointed.
