The therapist used VERY firm pressure, maybe even deep tissue and I never requested that. He asked often if the pressure was good and I always said less but it wasn't a very relaxing experience. I don't think I would ask for him again, he also only used one hand? He got a tattoo or something?

My appointment was schedule for 8pm. I only went back to the room at 8:10pm, and my massage therapist was done at 8:50. My understanding is it's 50 minutes, not 40 minutes. I could've used that extra 10 mins because of how much pain i was in.

I have found it quite difficult to get an actual appointment. They have been good about putting me on the cancellation list several times, but an appointment has never opened up for me by using this process.

Receptionists pushing "deals". On previous visit they spent so much time trying to sell Thanksgiving gift cards to another customer that I did not get to confirm the slot my therapist had arranged following the appt. One recept said I needed to talk to other one since therapist had spoken to her, yet after waiting for way too many minutes, I walked out.

The receptionist was the only one there at the front desk, so when I came in to check in she said "Hi", and finished helping 2 clients check out. So I said "Hi", abd said my name and said my appointment time an who my therepist was... She said that I did not have an appt that day. I said that I had it in my calander on my phone, and she said it was for another month off!!! I know it wasn't!! It really made me mad! 😡 So, I had to wait another month!

I was very happy with the facial I received. The reason I did not select Highly Satisfied was due to the price and perceived value. I have a membership and have gotten a facial before. I was told over the phone that I could use some of the funds on my account for unused services toward an add-on service. We added on the clay mask for an extra $20. I guess I thought it was strange that the appointment was the same length, so the additional service is more of a replacement for something else during the session (did not have any extractions done, so guessing there wasn't enough time for that). When I checked out I was not able to use my accrued funds toward the additional service, which was a bummer but I rolled with it since I have worked in customer service and know these things can happen. I was given a card for a $15 add-on service which was very nice and unexpected, so thank you :)

At the end of my visit, I was sold a membership. I prefer not to be sold after a relaxing experience. I'm comparing this experience to one other place; I was surprised to see that hot towel wraps and even aromatherapy was an extra cost. Seems like a lot of hidden costs. I don't think my massage was a full 60 min., which is why I don't think I received the value for the price. Liz was a great therapist.

I look forward to the neck and shoulder massage with my facial. Amanda said she does not provide that service, I'm sure it's part of the facial I'm paying for. Disappointed!

I was relaxed overall, yet a little disappointed about the aroma therapy portion. Seemed like there was not much aroma for the price. Also, I realize it is my massage and I can ask the therapist for less pressure or more pressure, but she never did check in to see if it was what I wanted after we got started.

Everything went well. I am a little confused on all the details of my membership. This could be explained a little better.
