Therapist always talks during massage. Not to be rude but I didn’t come for small talk, I came for a relaxing experience. Even getting a deep tissue massage, I have not left feeling completely relaxed, still have muscle tension.

I believe being satisfied is a good statement on services,

I was satisfied, and the experience was good. I only rate highly satisfied when the staff goes above and beyond. I feel that giving you a satisfied evaluation is sufficient. It’s up to you to make me highly satisfied. I’m fine with just being satisfied.

Needed more specific work on glutes and piriformis muscles. Especially attachments to sacrum, hip, and femur. Excellent draping technique. Maybe therapist was a little apprehensive about working in this area. I’m fine if the cheek is exposed while working the glutes/hip. The sheet can be tucked under the stomach, around the cheek and pulled under the leg to work the hip/glutes/leg.

I do a facial every month, for the past 8 months, to help with acne and I haven’t seen any results.

I believe that everything meet my expectations as far as a first time customer. I was fully satisfied as far as making my appointment, meeting the employees, the cleanliness of the facility. When I feel high satisfied, I want to feel that the employees went above and beyond what was necessary to make me feel that way, and I just didn't feel that wow factor. But they did make me feel good and I thought they did a good job.

The therapist, although friendly, was not a skilled massage therapist. Her technique supported a lack of experience.
