I was satisfied, I just had to keep telling the therapist to go lighter because I was sore. The pressure and technique was a little deep for me, but it was fine. I just had to keep mentioning to go lighter.

My husband gave me a gift certificate for Christmas for a 3 month membership. I had my first massage in Feb. I experienced some work crises in March and was working 60hrs/week and didn't get anything scheduled again until April. I am sure someone probably informed me when I came in the first time that the services were to be monthly and if I didn't use any services that month I would lose it. However, with the stress in my life at that time, I didn't think about it and I also didn't even realize so much time had passed since my last massage. So, when I booked my most recent massage, I thought it was going to be part of my gift.... so you can imagine my surprise when I was charged for the service. I know it wasn't the fault of the receptionist and she was very nice about the whole thing, but I really wouldn't have made this appt at this time if I had realized that it was going to be another expense. Again, I do know this was mostly my fault, but I did leave with a bad feeling because of it. I think when a person completes their gift of however many months, someone should inform them that the next one will be charged to them.

Monthly price is a lil high for the membership, I don't see any value in being a member vs just getting a facial or massage when needed. Also add on are way too expensive which are pushed way too hard if we say no that doesn't mean keep pushing.

I was highly satisfied with the service. I just feel bullied by the front desk about membership, they ask too many times about membership.

I did not get my neck/shoulder pain completely resolved in one visit, but I hope to on the next subsequent appointments.

1) It would have been nice to get some sort of notification that my usual therapist didn’t work there anymore. I kept trying to book an appointment with her online and there weren’t any available appointments for her. Little did I know it was because she no longer worked there. 2) I had to wait weeks for an appointment that fit my schedule. Most everything was booked in the time frames that I needed. I prefer a female therapist and had to book quite a bit of time in advance because of lack of availability. 3) If My husband hadn’t gotten me a 3 month membership, I probably would have given up trying this get an appointment and gone somewhere else. 4) My irritation does not extend toward the therapist. She was really great at her job and I will be finishing out my membership with her.

The massage therapist was knowledgeable - all staff very friendly

I was charged yesterday because my first monthly payment was not received yet. Why was that not explained before, I should have been scheduled for a later date. I will now have a payment taken again in a week.
